Internet vs. Travel Agent

Well I have run into many people that are so accustomed to buying everything on the internet that they don't know that they need a travel agent. I have probably previously ranted about "customer no-service" but that's not the only issue when you have a question and want to speak to someone personally. A travel agent - at least Kathi and I - are guides. We are like coaches to help you choose the cruise, the ship, and services that you really want in that next vacation, which is such a precious amount of time. And when you consider that our cruise bookings are essentially the same price as on the internet....why would you not want personal service? Please think about that.
